My belief is that we incarnate many times and we hold the memory of these incarnations – a past-life regression journey can be a very powerful experience which can unlock those memories we hold deep within. I believe that we can all think of a time where we have felt that we have been somewhere before or met a stranger who seemed very familiar to us.  A journey into the past can also help one understand why they feel a certain way, i.e. recurring issues, phobias, fears.  My work during our session is to gently take you into a relaxed state and it is important to keep an open mind and not to have any preconceived ideas, you just simply relax and free your mind.  I have found that my Clients receive their information in different ways, some are able to see pictures, some just know and others feel – everyone is different and everyone’s experience is different.  It is important  just to relax and trust the process.  My work is to act as your guide during the session and to ensure that understanding is gained of any issues that come to the surface.  More than one session my be required but this will not be known until the first session has been undertaken.  I normally allow up to 2 hours for a session and I charge £50 per session.
